To align with Arizona state regulations and ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, IV League requires all first-time patients to complete a Good Faith Exam (GFE) before receiving IV therapy treatments. This brief, one-time telehealth assessment establishes a valid patient-provider relationship and authorizes treatment for a full calendar year.

What Is a Good Faith Exam?
A Good Faith Exam is a mandatory health evaluation conducted via telehealth by a licensed medical professional—such as a physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant. The purpose of this 5-minute assessment is to:
- Review your medical history and current medications
- Identify any potential contraindications or allergies
- Ensure IV therapy is appropriate and safe for you
- Provide medical clearance for IV treatments for one full calendar year
This process is a legal requirement in Arizona for IV therapy providers and is designed to prioritize your health and safety

- Quick & Convenient: The GFE is a streamlined 3–5 minute video call you can complete from the comfort of your home.
- One-Time Requirement: Once completed, your clearance is valid for 12 months unless there are significant changes to your medical history.
