​To align with Arizona state regulations and ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, IV League requires all first-time patients to complete a Good Faith Exam (GFE) before receiving IV therapy treatments. This brief, one-time telehealth assessment establishes a valid patient-provider relationship and authorizes treatment for a full calendar year.​
